Yes. Our $15,000 bathroom remodel is an all-inclusive, flat price for a standard bathroom (typically 5’x8’ to 6’x9’).
It includes demo, plumbing fixture swaps, electrical fixture swaps, flooring, vanity install, shower/tub tile, trim, caulking, paint, cleanup, and haul-away.

The only things not included are:

• Structural repairs (rotted subfloor, damaged joists, etc.)
• Plumbing re-routing or moving drains
• Electrical re-routing or new circuits
• Major layout changes
• Different or Custom materials
• Permit fees (if required)

If any of these apply, we tell you upfront — no surprises.

Most bathrooms are completed in 5-7 days depending on size and scope.
Demo is typically Day 1, installation Days 1–7.

If additional work is needed (subfloor repairs, plumbing fixes, special materials), your timeline may extend slightly — but we always tell you ahead of time.

3. Give you a clear price for the repair (often $150–$300 for subfloor sections)
4. Complete the repair quickly so the remodel stays on schedule

Most bathroom refreshes do not require a permit in our service areas when we are swapping fixtures without re-routing plumbing or electrical.

If your project requires a permit (moving drains, major electrical changes, structural work), we help you obtain it or guide you through the process.

You do not need to be home the entire time.
We only ask that you are available for:

• The beginning of Day 1 (access)
• End-of-day walkthroughs
• Final completion walkthrough

Most clients prefer to be home minimally because the process is fast and clean.

Yes — all demo debris, trash, and packaging are removed and hauled away daily.
We leave your home clean and ready to use.

You can book by:

We typically schedule projects within 2–3 weeks, depending on material availability and your location.

Please remove:

• All items from bathroom counters
• Rugs, mats, towels, toiletries, and décor
• Any photos, art, or hanging items on walls leading to the bathroom
• Any pictures or artwork on the opposite walls of the bathroom

Hammering and vibration from demo can cause items outside the bathroom to fall — removing them protects both your belongings and our crew.

We take care of protecting floors and work areas.

To secure your project on the schedule, we require a 50% deposit due a signing.
This allows us to reserve your installation dates and prepare materials.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project after your final walkthrough.
